Patient Interview with Elizabeth Kowalewska-Gbur Recovering from Rotator Cuff Surgery/Frozen Shoulder

I started going to Camisa after my rotator cuff surgery. I needed to have someone gentle but also aggressive at the same time to make sure that I regain my full range of motion since I already had a frozen shoulder prior to surgery. I actually injured my shoulder last summer. I went to another physical therapy place but unfortunately I did not get any relief. So we ended up having surgery in February and a good friend of mine recommended Camisa and that’s how I found this place.

And thanks to their manual therapy and other innovative treatments like FSM and cupping, we just recently went on vacation which was about four months after my surgery and I was able to swim in the ocean pain-free first time since last year. Honestly, I could not thank Camisa enough because last year at this time I was in so much pain that my life was pretty much limited. And a year later, I feel like I can do so much more. I can truly enjoy life again.
